Newly renovated traditional place, it has best possible location near the center of the old town and the bar street, an out of the way Hangzhou train station instead of the main one, and the main gardens in Suzhou and tourist market street. The staff is delightfully helpful, caring.

We loved the convenient but peaceful location of this hotel. Transport was easy, as there was a bus stop just across the street. We were able to walk to some of the most beautiful gardens nearby, and the hotel itself had a lovely garden area. The room was spacious and clean, with great facilities, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

Smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms on same floor caused hallway to smell like smoke. Beds were too hard for comfort.
